Shipping & Delivery

Every Full Moon piece is hand-checked and packed before it leaves us. Here's what to expect once your order is in.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders ₹499 and above, anywhere in India. Orders below ₹499 carry a small flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a business day are usually dispatched the next business day. During sale periods or new drops, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days.
• Remote pincodes: up to 10 business days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. If you don't see an update for more than 48 hours after dispatch, write to us and we'll chase it for you.

Undelivered orders

If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping may carry a small fee.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to hear about it first.
